COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Klockner Moeller DILM50(230V50HZ,240V60HZ) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lovato products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lovato such as the DPBF26T4A12060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the J02 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LEN00B202208A by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand KCCA7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gigavac such as GX16BE equipment made by Gigavac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gigavac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gigavac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RE7MY13BU made by Telemecanique as well as the popular ECN0511BAA original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LEN00B202600A by Siemens and GX16BE spares by Gigavac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LC1D32F7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
